Pressure Canning Class
- Wayne County Extension OfficePreserving your garden or market produce is easy and fun. Learn to preserve your produce in a safe and shelf-stable way to feed your family for months ahead by attending this Pressure Canning Class on August 6, 2024 from 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. at the Wayne County Extension Office. This is a hands-on learning experience. Registration fee of $15 due to the Extension Office by August 2, 2024.
Beginning Pie Dough Class

To learn how to create your own pie dough from scratch, come to the Wayne County Extension Office on August 8, 2024 at 5:00 p.m. to take the Beginning Pie Dough Class. Registration fee is $15.00. Participants will receive a dough mat, rolling pin, and pastry/dough cutter. Please call the Extension Office at 606-348-8453 to register by August 5, 2024.
