Online Tracking for the Series:

To sign up for BECOMING A HEALTHIER YOU - Small Steps to Health and Wealth Challenge

  1. Follow the SSHW Online Chal­lenge link available on the National Steps to Health and Wealth™ Challenge Web site at http://rutgers.ancc.net/.
  2. Register an account by creating a user name and password
  3. Download a simple one-page user’s guide with instructions on how to proceed.
  4. Click on “My Account” to enroll in the challenge
  5. Click “My Challenges
  6. Click “Enter a New Challenge
  7. Click on the Challenge you are participating in:

                     -  “WAYNE COUNTY: BECOMING A HEALTHIER YOU

                                              or

                     -  “AMERICAN WOODMARK: BECOMING A HEALTHIER YOU

If someone already has an account, they can login and follow steps 4 thru 7.

 

 

How To Enter Points:

To enter your points, go to the Small Steps to Health and Wealth Challenge Welcome Page, http://rutgers.ancc.net/.

¨     Click on 'My Account'.  Enter your user name and password.

¨     Click on 'My Challenges' to make entries for your challenge:

WAYNE COUNTY: BECOMING A HEALTHIER YOU"

or

  -  “AMERICAN WOODMARK: BECOMING A HEALTHIER YOU

 

¨     Check the boxes for the daily activities that you performed (e.g., exercising at least 30 minutes per day and tracking spending).  You will then see totals for each day (bottom of each column) and each week (end of each row).

¨     Click Save Changes and you will see a bar chart with your points for each day in green and the average of points for other people in orange.  This screen will also indicate that your changes have been successfully saved.
